About the Carpentry Department
As a department of the Marine Division, the Marine Carpentry Department operates a fully equipped 3,000 square foot workshop located at CMS's Central Yard in Amelia, La.
Coral Marine’s Carpenters are specialists in thinking outside the box when it comes to
designing and constructing custom furniture for any type of Offshore Vessels. They are
experienced in restoring and repairing the interiors of Offshore Vessels from the Ceilings to
the Floors. Our carpenters are dedicated to completely quality work, on time, safely.

Chad Pitre
Carpentry Department Manager
Mr. Pitre has been a member of Coral Marine Services for over 6 years with 4 of those years serving as the Manager of the Marine Carpentry Division. He has over 12 years of experience in the marine carpentry industry and has worked on vessels both large and small. His responsibilities entail oversight of job bids, scheduling, work product, billing and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with a job well done. He takes pride in his division’s work, no matter the size of the job, and lives by the Coral Marine motto; Quality Work, On Time, Done Safely.
